We recommend options for your consideration.

In an in-depth session, often conducted in person, we delve into the broader context of your problems, seeking alignment on whether we can provide an effective solution and be your trusted IT partner long into the future.

Engage

You choose how you would like to proceed.

A preliminary solution is designed and we provide a quote, allowing you to give feedback to refine your solution’s details. This step ensures you are aligned with the proposed solution before a detailed design is finalised and your relationship with us is signed off.

Onboard

We onboard you as a client and begin the agreed work.

The solution, whether it’s for targeted IT support or a broader relationship, is put into action, involving onboarding you as our client, familiarising our team with your current technology, and engaging key stakeholders. With a focus on understanding your business strategy and context, the goal is to create a lasting, trust-filled relationship.
